Name, email, phone, ship-to address, company. Order history. Anonymized site analytics (PostHog) for understanding which pages people read.

Fill in a few details — quantity, product type, the work you need done. We respond by email within one business day.
What we collect
When you fill out a form on this site, we collect the fields you enter (name, email, phone, company, address, product details, message). We also receive your IP address and the URL you submitted from, for fraud prevention and analytics.
How we use it
- To answer your inquiry and complete your order.
- To send order updates and shipping notifications.
- To follow up on quotes that didn't convert (we send no more than two follow-ups).
- To improve our site (aggregate page metrics only).
What we don't do
- We don't sell your information.
- We don't share it with third parties except logistics carriers needed to fulfill an order.
- We don't send marketing emails to anyone who hasn't bought from us.
Third-party tools
We use a lead capture API hosted by a Convex-backed service for form submissions. We use Vercel for hosting and minimal analytics. We don't use Facebook Pixel, Google Ads tracking, or similar.
Cookies
We use one strictly-necessary session cookie. We don't use tracking cookies.
Your rights
Email info@ibctankscleveland.comwith “Data request” in the subject and we'll either send you everything we have about you or delete it. We aim to respond within 14 days.
Children
We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe we have, email us and we'll delete it.
Updates
If this policy changes materially, we'll note the change at the top of the page.
