We work with three Midwest LTL carriers. Quotes are pass-through. Typical transit times: 1 business day in-state, 2–4 across the Great Lakes basin, 5–8 to the coasts.
22 IBC totes on a 53-ft flatbed, 20 on a dry van. Best per-tote freight. Lead time depends on lane and current capacity.
Photograph any damage before unloading. Email photos and the order ID within 48 hours and we'll work with you on replacement or refund. The carrier's insurance handles freight damage; we step in to make sure it gets resolved.
Standard: Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, western PA and NY. Beyond that: full-truckload only, by quote. We don't encourage long-haul shipping because the carbon math hurts.

Flatbed (our trucks): Regional moves within ~200 miles of Grand Rapids. 40 totes single-stack, 80 double-stack. Door-to-door, single handling.
LTL (carriers we trust): Smaller orders or longer hauls. Multiple handlings, 5–10 day transit, more risk of empty-cage damage.
Customer pickup: Welcome any time during yard hours. Bring a pallet jack or forklift; we'll stage your order.
